Internal Sub-Committees

Employment Committee

We help navigate the complex process of government contracting and recruitment processes with assistance from external HR resources as and when required. We work with our employees to develop strategies and solutions that meet our unique needs.

Planning Committee

We research and analyse local Parish planning applications for Lichfield District Council to help keep development within our Parish legal and in keeping with the surroundings.

Our team receives the latest data and tools to provide actionable insights.

Play areas and green spaces committee

We keep up to date with regulation, health and safety and the upkeep and maintenance of our Parish play areas. This currently includes the recently upgraded St Barbara’s play area, the refurbished Village Hall playing fields, and Upper Lodge Road play area.

Policies Committee

Our team of experts provide additional consulting services to help navigate our government regulations, policies, and procedures. We often work with external professional bodies to develop new strategies and solutions to meet our unique needs.

Pavilion Committee

Our team oversee the marketing and promotion of this recently refurbished (2023) facility for hire within the community. The pavilion holds up to 40 persons.

Village Hall Charity Committee

This runs as an independent business concern. Contact  the Village Hall Directly for details.

Following the resignations of Judith Israel and Lynne Tandy, the Parish Council has two vacancies for councillor.

If you are interested in serving as a councillor, please contact the clerk for details and an application form.

Closing date – Monday 18th November 2024

If you would like to attend a meeting the next meeting will take place on Thursday 31st October 2024 at 7.00pm.

The council will then consider applications received at their meeting on Thursday 28th November 2024 at 7.00pm
